3. Payments and Refunds

• All legal service fees must be paid in full as per the engagement agreement or invoice terms.
• Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
  • 100% refund for cancellations made 5 business days before service start date.
  • Partial refunds may apply depending on services already provided.
  • No refunds for completed document preparation or representation work.
• Clients are responsible for any banking fees associated with refund processing.

4. Legal Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate legal advice, outcomes in real estate matters depend on multiple factors. We are not liable for results beyond our control, including third-party delays or client-provided inaccuracies.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
